*中東原油出口逐步恢復，9月底部分交易日甚至超過戰前水平，緩解短期供應憂慮。
*沙烏地阿拉伯大幅下調亞洲原油售價，11月Arab Light較Oman-Dubai均價折讓5美元，進一步對油價形成壓力。
*G7計劃在四個月內協調釋放1億桶儲備，並提前釋放柴油，但成品油供應仍然偏緊。
油價目前在 原油供應恢復與航運風險 之間拉鋸。9月底最後一週，中東原油出口有四天高於戰前水平；截至10月1日，七日平均出口量約為每日1,850萬桶，略高於戰前約1,800萬桶的平均水平。
與此同時，Saudi Aramco意外將11月銷往亞洲的Arab Light原油價格下調 每桶3美元，使其較Oman-Dubai均價折讓5美元，創2020年6月以來最大折讓。這反映沙烏地阿拉伯在出口恢復及運費高企之際，希望維持亞洲市場需求，亦對短期油價形成一定壓力。
G7的戰略儲備釋放計劃亦可能提供短期緩解。各國計劃在四個月內協調釋放 1億桶儲備，其中部分柴油將於首20日提前釋放。不過，部分數量屬於此前承諾的一部分，因此不能完全視為額外新增供應。
更重要的是，原油供應恢復並不代表柴油短缺已經解決。成品油供應仍受到限制，因此即使更多原油重新進入市場，柴油價格及供應壓力仍可能維持。
另一方面，供應與航運風險依然存在。OPEC+七個產油國決定11月維持9月所要求的產量水平，並未進一步提高目標。Hormuz海峽亦再度傳出油輪遭不明物體擊中，令市場繼續計入航運風險溢價。
短期而言，出口恢復、沙烏地降價及G7儲備釋放有助限制油價上漲，但柴油供應緊張、Hormuz航運風險及OPEC+維持產量目標，仍可能令油價突然走高。
CL-Oil，H4
原油目前維持區間震盪，價格在 89.95附近 交易，並多次未能有效突破92.30阻力位。此前跌破上升趨勢線後，整體技術結構有所轉弱，目前主要在88.95至92.30之間整理。
RSI約為 44，仍低於50中線；MACD則維持在零軸下方，柱狀圖輕微轉負，顯示空頭動能仍略佔優勢。
若油價有效突破 92.30，短期前景將有所改善，下一目標可關注95.95。相反，若跌破 88.95，可能重新打開下行空間並測試86.35。
在88.95或92.30出現明確突破之前，油價大概率仍將維持區間震盪。
